The Belvedere is located in the Rosslyn area of Arlington, Virginia. Known for its distinctive architecture it was completed in 1986 by IDI, the developer of many renowned condominiums in the region. The entry/central lobby is fully staffed at all times. The 17–floor West Tower is connected to the 18–floor East Tower by a central lobby and corridor, as well as 5 underground levels. The underground levels are primarily for parking, but also include storage rooms, a valet market, a gym and a multipurpose room.

The neighborhood that delivers
The Rosslyn and Clarendon neighborhoods have been completely transformed since the Belvedere’s opening. Major bus connections are available outside the Rosslyn metro station, three blocks away, including a “circulator” stop, a bus from Rosslyn to Dupont Circle via Georgetown. Clarendon, walkable or two metro stops west, adds additional pharmacies, shops, pubs, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Nearby bicycle, walking, jogging trails provide quieter routes in all directions. The Iwo Jima memorial and Arlington National Cemetery are a very short walk. Rosslyn offers ease of access to major highways, the Pentagon and Washington National/Ronald Reagan Airport (DCA).
