1997 Community Associations Institute Washington Metropolitan Community Association of the Year In 1997, the Community Association Institute, Washington Metropolitan Chapter, recognized The Belvedere with the 1997 Community Association of the Year Award. 1984 Washington Area Builder's Associations Award Finest for Family Living At its creation, The Belvedere received the "Finest for Family Living Awards" Certificate of Merit for condominiums valued over USD 150,000, from the Northern Virginia Builders Association, the Suburban Maryland Home Builders Association and the District of Columbia Builder's Association. It recognized the excellence of the design of the apartments in the Belvedere.
